What a beautiful way to conclude our European summer tour with Coldplay with a final stop in Dublin, working with Feed Our Homeless and Focus Ireland!
While it’s bittersweet to see this chapter end, our time here was filled with love, unforgettable memories, and friendships that will last a lifetime.
Supporting Vulnerable Families with Feed Our Homeless
Feed Our Homeless, though a young organization, is making an incredible impact in Dublin. Since starting in 2017, they’ve been a lifeline for 490 families a year—reaching 1,882 individuals, nearly half of whom are under 18. Their support extends far beyond hot food, providing families with food hampers, clothing, toiletries, and most importantly, a network of love and care.
Our Love Button team had the honor of visiting their offices to assist in preparing hundreds of goodie bags and hampers that will go to families in need. It was a heartwarming experience, knowing we were contributing to their amazing mission.
Impacting Lives with Focus Ireland
We also teamed up with Focus Ireland, one of the largest housing and homelessness organizations in Ireland. In 2022, they helped end homelessness for 566 families and prevented 301 others from facing it. Their Focus Housing program is just one of the many ways they are changing lives.
Our Love Button crew joined them at the Focus Ireland Coffee Shop, where we served hot meals to those in need, creating a sense of warmth and normality for all. The joy and gratitude we witnessed during our time there was a powerful reminder of the impact love and service can have on a community.
Although the summer of love may be over, our journey continues. To all the volunteers and organizations we had the privilege of working with this summer: thank you. You’ll always be part of our story.
And to those in Sydney, Melbourne, and Auckland… you’re our next chapter! We can’t wait to spread love with you soon.
