A Community Helped Beloved Starbucks Managers by Raising Over $40,000

Karen Collingsworth, a dedicated Starbucks employee at Marshall University, found herself facing an unexpected setback when her car was vandalized, leaving her in need of a new one. Karen Collingsworth, known for her warm smile and personal connections with customers, encountered a major hurdle when her old car was broken into and severely damaged, including the theft of her catalytic converter.

As news of Karen’s predicament spread, her colleagues and the community decided to take action. They initiated a GoFundMe campaign with the modest goal of raising $5,000 to help her get back on her feet.
