Help Us Make Love Button’s 10th Annual Baskets of Gratitude Our Biggest Yet

October 14, 2026

Help us raise $100,000 to provide care packages and school bags across Southern California.

Celebrate 10 years of giving love

This holiday season marks a special milestone for Love Button: our 10th Annual Baskets of Gratitude.

On December 6, 2026, our community will come together in Agoura Hills to pack holiday support for families, students, and people experiencing homelessness across Southern California.

This year, we’re aiming to prepare:

  • 1,500+ family care packages
  • 250 school bags for high school students
  • 300 care packages for people experiencing homelessness

With a fundraising goal of $100,000, every donation helps us buy the supplies needed to make these packages possible.

And those goals are only the starting point. With enough community support, we hope to prepare even more.

10 years of Baskets of Gratitude

Baskets of Gratitude began in 2017, when we packed and shared more than 400 baskets with the community. Every holiday season since, Love Button supporters, volunteers, businesses, and community partners have come together to keep the tradition going.

Since 2017, Baskets of Gratitude has:

  • Distributed 17K+ baskets
  • Improved 20K+ lives
  • Worked with 20+ partner organizations

Last year alone, the campaign supported more than 2,000 people through family care packages, school bags, hygiene essentials, food, and other supplies.

Over the years, our community partners have seen firsthand what these care packages can mean to the people they serve.

“Love Button and the baskets bring so much joy to the youth in our class and those living at the mission. Each and every Love Button volunteer puts so much love into every basket, which is truly heartwarming and inspirational.”

Now, as we celebrate our 10th annual Baskets of Gratitude, we’re proud to continue a tradition that has brought people together to give back year after year.

What goes inside the care packages?

Baskets of Gratitude is still the program name, but today we pack items into care packages that are easier to assemble, transport, and distribute through our community partners.

This year’s family care packages may include:

  • Toys
  • Books
  • Diapers
  • Blankets
  • Socks
  • Hygiene kits
  • Personal care items
  • Other everyday essentials

The campaign will also provide 250 school bags for high school students and 300 care packages for people experiencing homelessness.

Love Button will work with Westminster Free Clinic and Feed the Streets LA, along with additional community partners, to help distribute this year’s care packages and school bags.

Help us make our 10th year one to remember

Our goal is to raise $100,000 to help provide 1,500+ family care packages, 250 school bags for high school students, and 300 care packages for people experiencing homelessness this holiday season.

Every donation helps us purchase the items that go inside and continue a tradition that has brought the Love Button community together for 10 years.

There are many ways to take part. You can donate, volunteer, contribute supplies, invite a friend, or get your business or organization involved. With more people joining in, we can prepare additional packages and reach even more people across Southern California.

More care packages. More smiles. More love shared.
